Find A Podcast ("we", "us", "our") is a done-for-you podcast booking service operated at findapodcast.io. We help business owners get booked on podcasts by managing their outreach pipeline.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you sign up:

• Your name, email address, and business details
• Your professional bio and speaking topics
• Your social media links and website URL
• Your profile photo (optional)

When you connect your Gmail account, we access:

• Your Gmail email address (to identify your account)
• The ability to send emails on your behalf (pitch and follow-up emails to podcast hosts)
• The ability to read email threads you are part of (to detect replies from podcast hosts)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide the Find A Podcast service:

• To find and match you with relevant podcasts in your niche
• To write personalised pitch emails on your behalf
• To send pitch and follow-up emails from your Gmail account to podcast hosts
• To detect replies from podcast hosts and update your dashboard
• To send you service notifications and dashboard updates
• To improve our matching and scoring algorithms

4. Gmail Data — Google API Services

Find A Podcast's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

• We only access Gmail to send pitch emails and detect replies on your behalf
• We do not read, store, or analyse the content of your emails beyond what is necessary to detect podcast host replies
• We do not share your Gmail data with any third parties
• We do not use Gmail data for advertising purposes
• Human access to your Gmail data is prohibited except where you have given explicit permission or it is necessary for security purposes

You can disconnect your Gmail at any time from your dashboard settings. Disconnecting will stop all automated email sending until you reconnect.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

• Service providers: We use Supabase (database), Resend (transactional email), and Railway (hosting) to operate the service. These providers process data only on our behalf.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers located in the United States. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Your Gmail refresh tokens are stored securely and never exposed publicly.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing hi@findapodcast.io.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Disconnect your Gmail account at any time from your dashboard
• Cancel your account at any time

8. Cookies

We use a session cookie (`pp_session`) to keep you logged into your dashboard. This cookie is essential for the service to function and does not track you across other websites. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
