By creating an account or using Find A Podcast, you agree to these terms. Please read them before signing up.
Find A Podcast ("the Service") discovers relevant podcasts and generates personalised pitch emails on your behalf. You review and approve every email before it is sent from your own inbox. We do not send emails without your action.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information during onboarding. One account per person — do not share access.
You agree to use the Service only for legitimate podcast outreach. You must not:
You connect your own Gmail account to send pitches. All emails are sent from your address. You are solely responsible for the content of any emails you approve and send. Find A Podcast is a drafting and discovery tool — not an email service provider.
We compile podcast contact information from public sources including RSS feeds, podcast directories, and show websites. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all data is current or correct. You should verify contact details before sending sensitive or high-value outreach.
Paid plans are billed as described on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our discretion for genuine technical failures. We do not offer refunds for unused pitches or change of mind.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing hi@findapodcast.io. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not store payment details — billing is handled by Stripe.
The pitch emails generated are yours. You own any content you provide. Find A Podcast retains ownership of the platform, its code, and its systems. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any part of the platform.
The Service is provided as-is. We are not liable for missed bookings, email deliverability issues, inaccurate podcast data, or any indirect loss arising from use of the platform. Our total liability to you in any month is capped at the amount you paid us that month.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active users by email at least 7 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
